We want you to love your Maison Glee purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• All returned items are subject to inspection. Maison Glee reserves the right to decline a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet the return criteria.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
