Anniversary Sale – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Maison Glee’s Anniversary Sale!

Please read these terms carefully to understand the scope and guidelines of this promotion. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promo Period

  • The Anniversary Sale runs from November 3 to November 15, 2026, inclusive.
  • Orders must be fully confirmed and paid within this period to qualify for the promotional discount.

2. Eligible Products

  • The discount applies only to the products in the Anniversary Sale collection, available in-store and online.
  • Where a product comes in more than one size, configuration or finish, only the options marked at the sale price are eligible.

3. Discount Mechanics

  • A 15% or 30% discount is already reflected in the marked sale price of each eligible product. No code is needed.
  • No minimum purchase is required to receive the discount.
  • Discounts are reflected in the final invoice amount before payment.

4. Interaction with Other Store Offers

  • This promotion stands alone and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or privileges.
  • No Cash Discounts: The Anniversary Sale discount replaces standard store incentives. Customers paying via cash/straight payment are not entitled to an additional cash discount on top of the discount.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Free delivery and installation apply only in Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu and Talisay, on orders above ₱30,000, the same as our standard Shipping and Delivery terms.
  • For orders of ₱30,000 or less, and for all other towns and areas, the delivery and installation fee is calculated for your location when you contact us.
  • Delivery scheduling is subject to product availability and Maison Glee’s standard lead times.

6. Availability and Stock

  • Promotion is valid while supplies last.
  • Maison Glee reserves the right to limit quantities per customer if necessary to ensure fair access to all clients.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges for products purchased under this promotion follow Maison Glee’s standard return and exchange policy.
  • Refunds and exchange values will be calculated based on the discounted price paid for the product, not the original retail price.

8. Non-Transferable

  • This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products outside of the eligible collection.

9. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Maison Glee reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or to protect the integrity of the sale.
  • Any such changes will be communicated through Maison Glee’s official channels, including the website and in-store notices.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes related to this promotion, Maison Glee’s decision will be final and binding.
  • Proof of purchase and original receipt must be presented for any inquiries or adjustments.
